This looks… Really mediocre. HotD2 was an iconic game that aged well, this looks like a generic Unreal Engine demo scene.

If you can’t play with a light gun, what’s the point?
There are pc light guns that play fantastically with emulators, but the first HOTD remake still needs a mod to get them barely working so I’m not optimistic here.
