I don’t know that I would agree there. I see lots of young people with all different kinds of haircuts. Even more variety than when I was their age in the early 90s. “Normal” kids wouldn’t dye their hair fun colours or have weird hairstyles. That was for us weird kids.

We saw one yesterday in a parking lot with a big 'fro that was shaved short around the bottom, like a 'fro crossed with a bowl cut. Coincidentally, that was right after commenting in the store that mushrooms must “in” this year for home decorating.
