Well, noses can’t taste very much is my guess so they are a lot better at smelling

It’s not that your nose can’t taste very much. It’s like the other three, eating a nose won’t taste very good.

You’re supposed to get to the nose and think about how it definitely wouldn’t taste good. Then you think about how it doesn’t really smell that much better than you imagine it would taste. And then you go “Ahh. Smells! My nose is good at smelling!” and then die laughing at the hilarity of the wordplay.

I work in a plastics analytical lab and I hate the smell of chloroform. Not because it’s dangerous or anything. I just hate how it smells.

What do u mean, you don’t like the sickeningly sweet pool chlorine 2.0 smell?

Maybe I’ve run into too many edgelords in the lab who “love the smell”. Doesn’t smell like chlorine at all really for me at least. I see it as the most awful artificial fruit perfume.

Every time I’ve smelled it, my butt hurt afterwards.

You need to aggressively huff it for a while before you lose consciousness

In small amounts and mixed with things it tastes good, but straight up vanilla extract would make me puke. Love the smell though.

        Beantown

what a name for a company. I wonder someone will repost this when the whole “Lemmy is obsessed with beans” thing happens again.

EDIT: assuming this is your photo, you have a shitton of sodium cyanide there lol

Boston’s nickname is bean town. Lots of pure sciences and specifically bio/pharm/chem going down in Boston. Strange they’re NH based. I wonder if they moved out of Boston for lower overhead.

Either way we buy a lot from them. They have high quality stuff and deliver on time. Fuck Fisher.
