Judging by the currency plus the words and expressions used in it, the cartoon is from Britain, where there is a significant presence of that chain.

We don’t have Lidl or Trader Joe’s where I am so I get them confused.
Not the same who run Aldi. Same concept, both from Germany but they are different companies.
