If we somehow survive this moment, a legitimate justice system will also be devastated by hundreds of thousands of labor lawsuits with strong cases as to why they are deserved settlements for lost opportunity, stress, etc. Make no mistake that this is a part of it, the longer we wait to stand up against this the larger the untold number of poison pills hidden throughout our systems will be. You say ‘exist’ to mean ‘is enforceable’. I know we live in a world where ‘figurative’ means its own actual antonym, but those two ideas do not overlap perfectly at all.
