Bikers Lifestyle Ltd has been ordered to pay over £10,000 in fines and costs after selling motorcycle helmets that
$10,000?..that’s going to the ER for 2 hours money! WTF!
Just looked at their site, these are all Chinese garbage fashion helmets, many of which can be bought literally everywhere.
7 separate offences and only a $10,000 fine in total???
£10,000, but there’s barely a distinction on this level of gross negligence:
Tests revealed that 3 out of 4 helmets failed safety requirements catastrophically, with one helmet recording results that indicated a 100% risk of fatality in a collision.
Pathetic to tout this as a win. That company should’ve been shuttered and had every penny of their assets taken, with the owners imprisoned and never allowed to do business again.
