Austria is just magnificent, but the food… yeah it’s food. Italy on the other hand, magnificent AND has great food.

The Netherlands! Because they are awesome in the most uptight way. They’re by no means better than you in any way, shape or form, but they make you feel like they are. Also their cooking in famous for being slightly more edible and less lethal than toxic waste. Lol! I’m kidding. Netherlands is just a slightly different then the rest part of the world.

I love to travel in Europe. They all have their special place in my heart.

The fantastic beer and variations across countries. The architecture and languages. The varied cuisine 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳 Bikes, weed and shrooms ❤️ 🇳🇱 Bathing and chilling in the sun. Everywhere is pretty much safe (some exceptions, but in general). The gorgeous rural areas. Wine. People are generally really friendly. People say that Germans and French people don’t speak English to them, but that is not my experience, I have yet to meet a single European not go out of their way to help and be nice to me. Some have been in a hurry, but are still nice. Most people tend to appreciate the interest in their culture, their recommendations and their opinions.

I love you all, my fellow Europeans ❤️🇪🇺🇳🇴

As an Austrian: Italy…but I’m a foodie too. For some reason, I also love the Baltics…amazing craft beers in Estonia.

You just have to climb a mountain and you are already there! So lucky!

Let me just use this opportunity to say, that if I had to pick a place to live in Europe, I would pick Austria <3

I have always loved France, however Italy has been on my list lately, because I have read so much about Ancient Rome history.

Well, about 20 years ago, just before we got married, my wife and I decided that we would retire to Italy.

    The plan:

    • Spend an entire year touring the country
    • Stop for a week or so at every little place that grabs our fancy
    • At the year end, pick a spot
    • Must include olive tree (my requirement)
    • Profit (measured in quiet retirement that includes trips to the local village for coffee and / or wine and food with visits from children and grandchildren)

Our reason for Italy is fairly straightforward: Love the people, great weather, incredible food, the wine (c’mon), the chill lifestyle, absolutely beautiful country.

Ah I’ve been there a good few times and seen North to mid-South on the west side. My first trip there with my wife (girlfriend at the time) was designed to impress. I booked the whole thing - We started at lake Como then down to Milano. Best pizza of my life, hands down.

Other trips have included an F1 race which was so fun because Ferrari won with an Irish driver, Rome, Pompeii, Napoli, etc.

My best friend growing up has Italian blood so I got shown around properly at a young age. Loved the vibe generally.

Oh and there was one place called the five towns or something. Holy God. 👌

I have yet to explore Italy and other parts of Europe. I’m a big fan of British Columbia in Canada. Lots of beautiful nature to explore over there.

But def love a lasagna 🤤

As a German probably either France or Italy. I like sunny weather, art and food and both of those tend to deliver on those fronts.

@Blaze Haven’t really traveled outside that much, but I’d like to visit Amsterdam, Paris, Prague, Budapest and Copenhagen. I’d also like to visit Finland, Sweden and Poland, with more countries to be added to my bucket list (I also have some that are not part of the EU, but I’d like to visit). So far I visited Bulgaria the most (likely will do again this summer as it’s quite cheap for me to go there, in Ruse), then Greece, Italy (Naples) and France (it was a small provincial town called Tournon-Sur-Rhone).
