It really depends on the team, but seeing the rookies play is one of my favorite things. I’ve watched this kids through college and now you see who can play at the next level. For example, C.J. Shroud looked terrible, he wasn’t able to read the plays fast enough and was slow. On the other hand Anthony Richardson showcased his ICBM arm and man was it explosive. Preseason NFL is still superior to the semi pro USFL or XFL.

I used to watch the preseason games but this year I just couldn’t care. They literally does not matter and doesn’t give a good view of how a team is, when half the players aren’t starters.
