For those wondering the Japanese text says something like “I am death”

The Japanese reads:
Watashi wa kyuuka ga hotsui DEATH
Which does mean “I am a cucumber”, but they replaced the “desu” with “DEATH”.

You’re right. I always get ツ and シ mixed up.

You can tell by the direction it’s written, like つ=ツ because the strokes go horizontally left to right like the hiragana, while し=シ because the strokes go down vertically first. If that makes sense

They did replace “desu” with DEATH, but blurb is right about the rest.
I have never seen “watashi” spelled with Katakana. This looks weird.
I haven’t played this game (Sky Children of the Light) in a little while, I kinda miss it
