Not so sure either of these agreements are really difficult. Sure, mercusor may end up in court, and this one needs to be ratified by the European countries and the Europe Parliament, but let’s be honest that is standard process. Both agreements will most likely be up and running within a year.

This is not ratified yet. This is the negotiator putting pressure on the (member states and Parliament I guess?) to ratify it quickly.
