If you are in the market for a car, remember these words;
If you can’t afford a new BMW, you sure as shit can’t afford a used one
BS statement made by people who are scared to lift their hood. I’ve got an E39 and it’s no harder to work on than my sister’s 2011 Civic. Just do your research and make sure you’re not getting a lemon or one that’s been beat to hell (which affects a disproportionate amount of BMWs) and they’re fine cars
I’m not afraid to lift my hood. I do light work on my car. I’ve seen the engine bay of many BMWs and they are filled with cheap plastic. Also they are way harder to work on. You have to almost disassemble the entire engine just to reach certain parts. I would never buy a BMW
they are filled with cheap plastic
“Ohhh no I have to remove 3 pieces of vanity covers to work on my engine woe is me”
you have to almost disassemble the entire engine to reach certain parts
Nice way to vaguepost without saying anything of value. “Certain parts”?? Yeah no shit you have to disassemble the entire engine to reach certain parts of any car lmao. Be specific about what you’re referring to.
I would never buy a BMW
Fair enough, more for me
Ok, chief. Enjoy driving around trash cans with wheels.
You shit blood apparently and responded to none of my comment lmao so I’m gonna put this one in the “Win” column for me
“I won” he said to himself after another pointless argument with an internet stranger.
“Get rekt, kid” he muttered to himself, full of pride and accomplishment.
“Honey, your tenders are ready!”
“Coming, mom!” He screamed as he raced upstairs. Tenders were always his favorite food, and he deserved it after thrashing yet another worthless nobody online.
I’m always laughing at broccoli heads buying BMW second hand who think they look like studs instead of rubes who were sold money pits
I always laugh at the non car people who quote wisdom from the 80s.
Modern BMWs, Mercedes, and Audis are just fine reliability wise. Even Stellantis shit is far more reliable than anything from that era. You’ll pay a 20% premium on labor/parts but it’s because it’s a nicer vehicle.
Can’t say I agree with you. Maybe modern Stallantis is more reliable than 80s Beamers or Audis, but there are plenty of high mileage turbo diesel Mercs from the 80s running around being daily driven. I personally don’t believe any of those makers are producing cars of the same quality of those 80s TD Mercedes
buy E46 M3 for $4,000 in 2018
everyone laughs at me for buying a “money pit”
spend maybe $200 on the car outside of preventative maintenence for the next 5 years
sell the “money pit” for $14,500 in 2023 to some 30 year old tech bro in January of this year
Please tell me more about your car knowledge
I know you own a BMW because even though you sold a 14 year old car that has had no parts replaced for $14,500, you still think it’s about you instead of about the tech bro you sold a 14 year old BMW that has 14 year old parts for $14,500.

My man, or PP_boy, I appreciate you sticking up for your car brand… You’re putting in a good effort. But you’re wasting your breath, or fingers. People know that BMWs are fine cars. They aren’t the best thing since American bread but they’re fucking around because people (like you) will take it too seriously.
His arms should be the hands of the clock. If you’re going to put a weird arm picture on a watch, go all the way with it.
BMW = Break My Wallet
Bourgeoisie Meat Wagon
BoatMobile Works of course
Ifunny
All those BMW real-life microtransactions ate up their money
I got that Apple Watch Toyota Prius money
Enough money for a good car, but not a good watch?
Correct.
thank you for recognizing that the prius is a swagmobile! it’s a 2013 but it’s still running strong. I like my apple watch, I think it’s a better watch than others that I’ve owned in the past.
