    I would think they might raise those questions before all the permits and hiring and whatnot happen? It’s not exactly the kind of thing you just sneak in and do one night.

      LLM CEOs have been getting very good at bribing local politicians to get stealth permits. It’s been happening with many datacenters where the residents only find out after the fact when ground is broken
