Tbh there are few governments in this world that shouldn’t be hated by their citizens
To be fair, I’m boycotting everything from the US. Alcohol just seems to have a disproportionate impact. Perhaps because it’s one of the few things where it’s easy to find Canadian alternatives?
Layman’s understanding with half an American education: After prohibition broke, alcohol was made a key flow point in our economy, so the stagnation of export is a huge drain. You see the same happening right now with cannabis as that becomes more accepted socially.
Americans are the worst school bullies. They are literally shitting their pants while trying to be intimidating.
It’s more the fact that that title sounds exactly like something the actual us government would currently say.
Its not far off though. They claim Canadian sales were a tiny percent of their market, yet they are all begging for it to stop
The entire world begged them not to elect the most unqualified, ignorant, immoral president in history…again.
Seems like one of these things is a bigger deal than the other.
