Judge John L. Badalamenti awarded it. So frankly if I’m a lawyer and I’m arguing a case before this judge and my client is not white, hell arguably not white by 18th century standards, then I’m arguing for a mistrial or at least a recusal.

The first part is arguable: who was the “people” at the time. The rest of it is nonsense and the judge should feel ashamed.

That’s going to narrow further. Poor white trash has always been on the list, and we see that with cutting Medicaid and SNAP, which affects red counties more than blue counties. All of LGBT+ folk are on the list, and that includes the ones who are still closeted. Does a police officer find you suspicious? You’re on the list now.
Childfree woman are on the list. Women who fail to marry young are on the list. Women who have complicated pregnancies are on the list. Women who miscarry are on the list.
Eventually, you can’t just be Republican, but have to be MAGA. Eventually you can’t just be Christian, but you have to be that specific brand of Protestant Evangelist that is favored among the White Christian Nationalists. (Curiously the far-right SCOTUS justices are all Catholic, but are Christian nationalist.) We’ve already seen Mormons learn how they don’t get backstage passes. Eventually you can’t just be white, but have to have your geneology traced back to specific families.
And remember how the Nazis killed Röhm. If you are in the way of someone’s political career, say, up for a promotion they want, you’ll find yourself on the list.
It’s a fundamental of Fascism. There always has to be an enemy within, and that enemy is always expanding.
Everyone is an Antifa terrorist as soon as it’s advantageous to regime paramilitary enforcers that they are.
Terms like “white” are flexible enough to mean whatever the fascist dictatorship wants them to mean at the time, so this is more or less the same as making the constitution optional.
