There’s way too many to list my favourites. Stargate SG-1 is practically half comedy imho. It’s one of the things I really felt was missing from Universe; the tone was just all wrong. This was perhaps most succinctly demonstrated by the “shaky cam” spaceship sequences.
On a lighter note, from the same episode as Alar quote:
- “Their planet is on fire and you want to offer them gasoline?”
- “We are in fact offering them water.”
- “I was obviously speaking metaphorically.”
- “Well stop it! It’s not fair to Teal’c.”
I also love
- “Daniel Jackson’s preliminary electroencephalogram proved anomalous.”
- “I dare you to say that again.”
My favorite is the one where Anubis is doing his unhinged rant and O’Niell comes in with a full coffee mug, listens for a minute, and then goes, ‘Who talks like that?’
I like:
“Looks like it’s time for plan B”
“There’s a plan B?”
“I meant, it’s time to come up with a plan B.”
Quick comp:

Amazing!
I pretty much lost my shit the first time I saw the ‘Its a blast door’ scene.
What is the joke here? I know that is a fan favorite scene, but I just don’t get it at all.
A blast door is meant to be blast resistant and they are trying to blast through it. The soldier seams confused why it might require an extra charge.
O’Neal’s snark and ✌️air quotes✌️are goofy and completely unnecessary.
Syler is told to get away from the blast door. Instead he flips a table over and hides behind it directly in front of the blast.
The double charge blasts a human sized hole in the blast door yet somehow that thin slab of wood miraculously saves Syler’s life from a large chunk of double blasted door.
Window of Opportunity is comedy gold! I think it’s time for a rewatch now.
Every time I play some GoW Ragnarok, I just see Teal’c instead of Kratos whenever Kratos speaks.
Both god killers, I don’t see the problem.
