I do the 8 Brocades, a set of qigong exercises. Takes 15-20 minutes.

I do a lot of hip external rotation, internal rotation, and hamstring stretches. My favorite hamstring stretch i learned from my physical therapist is to lay on my back with one leg propped up at 90 degrees on a doorway, my other leg not propped. I point the free leg straight forward (parallel to the ground) then slowly bring it up to 90 degrees then back down forward, and repeat. Great stretch.

I lift weights most days, and have a moderately active job. I like this routine from FitnessFAQs on YouTube. It takes me closer to 7-10 minutes though.

I do some static hangs and then some Buddha stretches. I’ll also stretch my chest and do some hip stretches also, a bit of a calf stretch too then I’m good to go. I always do more static hangs at the end of my workout too.
