Listen man; I agree but I’m old and I got a kid now, I don’t have time to tend a firebox for 16 hours, and I ain’t got 4 grand for one of them pellet jobs just so can cook tender meat that I can’t afford.

I got a smoker. Cooked a brisket for 19 hours. Went to bed when I was done. Woke up and had 2 slices left. :(
