The idea that any Republican calling themselves a “centrist” thinks that supporting MAGA loyalist Qevin McCarthy for Speaker is a “centrist” thing to do speaks to exactly how far right the Overton Window in the Republican Party has moved to the far right.
I bet his enemies are intent on drawing it out as well if they are not given the exact pretty pony they feel they are entitled to.
