Hit the higher head, you get a lovely enforced nap.
Hit the lower head, and the higher head won’t stop screaming about it.

The skull is fairly robust, the same cannot be said for the scrotum. But most importantly the bowler is aiming at the wickets. They’ve really fucked up if they hit your head, whereas an errant bounce could pop a testicle without much strife.
Honestly, I don’t see why eggs get special cartons, but you can just stack up coconuts all day and nobody worries about them breaking. What are they stupid?
In some professional sports aren’t helmets a cause for more head injuries? People feel like they can really slam into each other because they are “protected” even though you still end up with concussions and brain damage.
One hurts more than the other one.
