    Get a sleep study done if you’re going to sleep early and still waking up tired. Oooor change your bedtime habits, look up CBT for sleep

      I really hate to be that guy but I went from 10.5 to 8.5 hours average by regularly exercising. Hard to begin with since usually the issue is not enough time or being too tired but it is worth it. Took about 3 months or dailyish activity

    I’d say switching between option A and option B is what fucks you up; you have an irregular sleep schedule. Pick option B and stick with it, even on weekends.
