Second place KCSN

Last Place, and like below the ground last place, is Locked on Chiefs

My vote is for Time’s Ours as well, the banter between those three is so damn good sometimes, it’s like listening to old friends just shoot the shit about football for an hour or so.

I’ve been missing them while they take a break, but Seth just mentioned the other day that they’ll be getting back to their regular off-season schedule here soon.

KCSN is a close second for me, I just love how they have all sorts of shows, and they’re trying a to grow a KC centric news source.

RGR is probably my third favorite, those guys get pretty technical in their analysis but they have some good banter too. They also feature Seth Keysor, who is also in Time’s Ours, about once a week.

Also shout out/special mention to the YouTube channel “how bout those Chiefs”. Dude started his own YouTube channel to cover the Chiefs, he’s a KC local, drops dialy videos usually but will live stream during the games and do his own commentary.

Hey look, a discussion on which I have opinions!

Totally agree on LoC. They pack like 12 ads into a 20 minute show, which is annoying, but the thing that did it for me was I believe one time he called a player a “dingus” (or some other seemingly tame word) regarding off-field activities that was a non-issue, and I just put it down there.

#1 in my heart is “Time’s Ours.” With Joshua Brisco, Nate Taylor, and Seth Keysor. Nate Taylor brings the insider “beat reporter” info, Seth has a really good analytical mind that he can deliver with humor, and Josh is a real good emcee that keeps the whole thing moving.

Not only is the podcast good, but (and this will betray some bias on my part) a few games after the Super Bowl Nate ran a giveaway for listeners where he gave away some Super Bowl confetti to like 600 listeners. And he even sent one as far as Japan (to me) at his expense (proof). And when I thanked him in a DM on Twitter, he sent a heartfelt response that showed that sharing the confetti was just something he felt good about doing.

They’re generally just smart, funny, and genuine dudes who are fun to listen to, and after getting SB confetti, now I’m super loyal to.

That said, Arrowhead Pride Editors Show is solid, there “Show and BK” series is fun, and I like the KCSN guys as well.

I will have to try times ours. I’ve been looking for more quality chiefs podcasts.

I do like all of the other arrowhead pride shows too I just feel like the Brits have the best humor. They seem the most comfortable with each other and I love a podcast where the hosts can jest back and forth.

And sounds like Times Ours does that so I’m ready to give them a shot!

I will warn that it seems like they’re taking a bit of the break in the offseason. They’re last podcast was May 9. But they usually update every Tuesday (or, maybe it’s Monday for the States?) I expect they’ll be back as the offseason starts to heat up a bit more. Like if John Ross finds a new set of stairs to run up or something.

We’ve been listening to Arrowhead Pride. I didn’t know about the other podcasts, but I’m excited to try them out. I’m pretty new to the whole fandom thing, but I like it.

I think it’s because the Brits aren’t aspiring beat writers/analysts. They’re just fans who love talking about the Chiefs. So many other podcasters–especially the Locked On guys–are trying really, really hard to sound smart. The truth is they don’t have any more info than the rest of us.
