I think that’s the joke, the book is about how to sleep well and it obviously isn’t working for her.
I have no idea how but I Palov’d myself into sleeping on the bus. For years when I went to high school I would always sleep on the bus. Then later in life I realized I would start to get sleepy the second I sat down on a bus. It didn’t matter what time of day it was or how much sleep I got. It was really weird.
