That smell triggered dry mouth syndrome in me. Took sometime and heaps of vitamin B-complex for the symptoms to go away.
That’s strange. I’ve never heard of that before :). Do you happen to understand a bit of the physiology behind your condition?

this sounds like an easy problem to solve, the valve probably just needs to be rotated counter-clockwise a bit
