Seems like engagement and new posts have dropped off a cliff recently. What’s the cause? Anyone know?

There are some federation bugs with lemmy 0.19 version. Feddit.de is updated to 0.19. Maybe that’s the problem? Lemmy.world and sh.itjust.works is still on 0.18.5.

Any idea when it’ll be solved?
I’ve noticed this aswell and not just in this sub. No idea why exactly, but sadly it does take a base level of activity to facilitate discussions and i think once you fall below that comments overall dry up fast.
It’s the discussions that makes it interesting to post things, so without comments posting content seems pointless.
