Man I love that game. I agree the length of the main campaign is way too long. I heard one of the DLCs adds an alternate campaign that is more like 10 hours long, which sounds like the sweet spot (that’s about how long DCSS takes). So I’m looking forward to getting that at some point.
Oh, also, if the unlocks bug you, there’s a workshop mod that just unlocks them for you, and doesn’t block achievements. I highly recommend it

Web/UI design in general has sucked for at least 14 years now. Everything is spaced too far apart and text/images are too big. Icons are used for critical functionality instead of words. Pointless animations and gradients slow everything down for no reason.

I was misdiagnosed with a terminal disease and the biggest thing that got me was how petty people’s problems and squabbles and concerns really are. Like when people throw a fit because they couldn’t order the exact thing they wanted or whatever. Just get a grip, calm down, it doesn’t matter at all. There are people in the room with you who won’t be here in a few months and you look like the biggest toddler of all time to them.
There should be more of a plan for young adults and society than “good luck,” if they want it. The fact that it’s basically chaos is insane to me.
