  • (just in case, I didn’t read much past the statement in my first comment) I interpreted that sentence as an in-the-moment situation, leaving judgement and biases out. If someone dies from breath play with unwritten/unrecorded consent there’s (typically) one other person present and no recordings, so it’s their word against the defense.

There’s plenty of times where someone has been choked during sexual interaction, didn’t give consent, and never speaks of it again. Some cases (unfortunately) don’t stop there.

  • I’ve only taken Vyvanse, so I can’t be much of a help comparing the two. I did enough research to try Vyvanse before trying others and I’ve settled on it since. Started at 20mg, currently at 30mg. 20 wasn’t enough after a couple of weeks past the “euphoric” stage of first taking a stimulant. I’ve been perfectly happy with 30mg. I know that it’s working, but not consciously if that makes sense. Like, I know after I take it, it will start doing the thing. My brain just doesn’t bring it back up to consciousness and I get what I need to get done. I could up it to 40mg but I don’t feel the need. It lasts for about 8 hours, perfect for a work day. Could I use a booster in the afternoon? Yeah, probably. But I’m managing.

I’ve always been someone who doesn’t take any medication unless I have to. For me, I went through behavioral therapy for a year before I decided I wanted to try a stimulant. I highly recommend trying that first before someone decides that a medication is necessary. I still use some of the things I learned regularly (journaling, tasks broken down into smaller manageable tasks, focus music, etc.)

  • Look, I get it. But you shouldn’t teach dishonesty. I was going to say we need people who care about others and our world instead of being completely selfish but the reality is we’ve been taking so much from resources and harming the environment that it’s probably too late. I’d like to believe my kids will have a better outcome when they’re adults but I’ll just have to die hanging on to that belief.

  • A digital or physical copy of a receipt. But then how would they know the receipt is theirs? Well, they don’t. There are a subset of users who have bit for but copies. I think if they came into some legal trouble having that vs a rip would be better since the data is in tact the same way it was when purchased. Can I easily be called a backup.

I’m not your lawyer and I’m definitely not a lawyer anyway. Just playing Devis Advocate.
