        Ambassador Mollari, soon to be Emperor at this point in the show, and Citizen G’Kar. They’re almost frenemies by the time G’Kar delivers that line

            Well, I mean, at that point in the show please show me an alien main character that wouldn’t be brought up on war crimes? Even Delen is a war criminal because of literally causing The Earth Minbari War because of the death of Dukhat. Even G’Kar openly admits that he committed war crimes prior to the events of Babylon 5.

          Andreas Katsulas was one of the greatest actors of his age. His ability to emote through full prosthetics was amazing.
