Assuming the Republicans will ever acknowledge that, seeing how it feels like they’d support him even if he was swinging on the lamps while throwing faeces everywhere.
It has happened before–a former president was probably actually not fully cognizant and kept in hiding for a period of a year or so but his wife managed to fool Congress by sending letters in his name.
