I’m not sure how much training you’d need to properly and efficiently do the job. It seems like it requires some knowledge and experience so switching it out all the time might not be that great of an idea. Having more workers on rotation could work better.
Imagine if we all took turns riding on the back of the truck. Then we wouldn’t get bored with it and it would always be fun.
