AK Subs in soma SF has the greatest sourdough I’ve ever had, used to live around the corner and literally would order from them 2x a day sometimes. Was so awesome having my own sandwich too. Oddly enough, blood sausage, or at least the kind most common here in Denmark, tastes a lot like cookies. Specifically traditional Danish brown cookies

I’ve never had meat that still has blood in it. What does it taste like? I feel like it would just have a super strong iron flavor.
