Tbf the people who make bacon their personality are also very similarly annoying as vegans who make it their entire personality, but the baconites are just a liiiitle better because while they are annoying, they aren’t moral crusading zealots that say you’re going to hell for not eating bacon. Vegans on the other hand talk like they want god to visit a plague upon the first born of every person who doesn’t smear avocado guts on their door.
