The NFL commissioner sounds pretty convinced that the new kickoff rule is going to undergo at least one change

Any ball that lands in the dedicated zone and goes out of bounds is placed where the ball went out. Any ball that lands in the dedicated zone and goes out of bounds in the end zone is a safety.
