minus-square@BarbudoGrandelink7•2 months agoIf an owner is taking the tips owed to the employee that’s illegal. Most places have a tip share suggested policy. At my place the kitchen gets 10% of food sales as a tip… Typically whether or not the customer has chosen to actually tip.

Who gets the tip of they do? Back of house or owners?
