    I am the friendly staff, and I often think how much I could enjoy life on the other side.

    That said, the food is vile. That’s really the deal breaker for me. The first meal I made, the gravy made me wretch more than the toilet shared by 3 incontent schizophrenic men.

      Gotta love Big Daddy’s ‘Meat’ Products, made for ‘institutions’! Love 51 percent beef and 49 percent tofu. And mechanically separated turkey.

      That is a real brand and they serve to institutions. Which included food banks which is how I found them.

      The turkey was okay.

      The ‘beef’ was not.

        “food regulations” would help. Or better ones (for the people, not the companies).

          Vegan products that are processed to resemble meat, yes.

          I’m assuming this product would use some sort of soybean protein paste.

            Both these products came in tubes and were finely processed paste.

      Nah mental hospitals are prisons, it might feel nicer when you have control but on the other side it is a nightmare.
