          Yes, I’m aware, but that is also what the dish is called at most American Chinese takeout restaurants. Yes, you may have to add “+battered” to your “sweet and sour chicken” websearch, but I promise you doing so will absolutely get you to recipes for this dish.

        i believe you cook some rice, fry some battered chicken bits, and pour some sweet&sour sauce into a small bowl

      I’ve tried in an air fryer before, it wasn’t awesome. Definitely edible, but the dough never plumped up or whatever it’s called

        You have to deep fry to get it to look like that, which of course sucks.

      I’ve had a local place literally call them Chicken Balls.

      I’m not sure if you’d want to Google for a recipe tbh.
