Someone said to me a long time ago that if someone tells you something that you agree with, you should do your best to disprove this, to yourself.
I think that’s a good start, and possibly a way to break out of your own filter bubble.
Right. And apparently whoever has some spare time can influence elections and such. It’s almost like democracy isn’t the most robust system out there :)

Zuckerberg and Thiel played non trivial role. I.e. precisely targeted brainwashing.
And Russian disinformation no doubt as this certainly plays into Putin’s goal of destabilising the West.
