I used an absolute heap of the Ragu. The recipe called for about a kilo of pork and beef mince and I had 1.25 so just used it and bumped the tomato etc in that sauce.
I think because it was the next day you’re looking at some potential leakage from the layers facing the camera when it was cut the night before.
And yeah did bechamel with some mozzarella on top, Ragu, pasta, repeat three times then bechamel with a heap of mozzarella on top.
BTW: I hate cooking the bechamel and therefore tried ready made bechamel once. It totally ruined it. Just as a warning to everyone tempted by the dark side.

You may try to make more ragou next time. Did you do some bechamel too?

Yeah, that can happen overnight.
