Also, the US Intel claims it was “…Palestinian Islamic Jihad, a group allied with Hamas.” Semantics in this horrible loss of life, but let’s try to keep info accurate.

Appears it was a Hamas missile that hit this hospital. Likely accidental but hard to say with Hamas.
The 1000+ children killed don’t include the attack on the hospital car park. Let that sink in for a minute.
They deserve help nonetheless. Medical help, and the possibility to flee the war zone.

They have been elected by Palestinians in 2006. Even then they had the “kill all Jews” written in doctrine, if i understand that correctly.
