      It’s actually a spinach, onion and garlic ciabatta loaf from a bakery in Maine called When Pigs Fly Bread. My wife’s friend lives up there and got us a loaf or two when they came down to visit. We first tried it a few years ago when we went on a trip up their way. They do deliver, and it is pricey, but it’s worth it if you get a bunch of stuff.

        Jesus that toasting is just divine. I’m going to have to get some ciabatta and do this. Hope I can try that loaf you got one day. Thanks!
