    I mean… No need to be an expert in urban planning or architecture to see this project makes absolutely no practical sense. It’s merely one more totalitarian leader’s lunatic dick contest.

      When I saw an image illustrating the project, I was like WTF!

      I don’t see how this can work well in reality. When it doesn’t seem to work in theory, it’s usually much worse in reality.

      That said. I didn’t even consider it worth looking further into. If they build it, I hope I’m wrong though.
