The Instant Pot and the air fryer. I thought they were both just dumb gimmicks until I got them both for free, and now I use one or both of them pretty much every day!
I have the combo that does all 3. We use it so much that it stays on the counter. It’s nice for cooking things quickly without heating the kitchen too much.

It’s like a combination pressure cooker and crock pot for people who don’t really know how to use a pressure cooker or a crock pot

Yeah I like mine because I can make a meal for one without having to heat up the whole kitchen and wash a bunch of pots and pans lol
