It’s from the movie Practical Magic. Nicole Kidman, Sandy B, Rizzo from Grease, and the mom from Edward Scissorhands. Readily forgettable save for that “put the lime in the coconut” scene.
Edit: for context, amateur witches try to bring dead guy back to life with predictable consequences.
