Ending was great (except for the part about indefinite hiatus), Frieren can still shock after all those years of traveling together.

I feel your pain, these words have evil connotations when it comes to media. I don’t think there was any info about the reason so we can only hope this has something to do with the next season of anime or maybe a book.
