      Though to be fair I don’t know if the age brackets of using that phrase quite line up with the one of this platforms userbase, so I think it tracks

      Kind of similar in the unpleasant aspect but I’d say someone who doesn’t know when to stop and take things seriously.

    I can’t believe people have semi serious responses to such an absurd turn of phrase. Spike Milligan would also be a reasonable response.
