Man, I was genuinely giving him the benefit of the doubt as long as I could, and of fucking course he had to not be worth it. I was trying not to be prejudiced, but I guess you can’t be surrounded by that level of psychopathy and not descend into some level of sociopathy, even if only initially as a defense mechanism.
