The decision came after months of speculation and whispers around the dinner table about Brandon’s ability to maintain the rigorous standards of chore duty established during his tenure. Neighbors and family members alike have noted his frequent confusion, increase in naps and tendency to stare blankly at the wall.
Carmella, who has been serving as the backup chores officer, expressed her readiness to take on the new role. “I’ve been in training for years,” she said “I know I have some orthopedic shoes to fill, but I’m confident I can make our household clean again.”

Is that an AI image?
Yep. Look at the hands
They all just have this weird quality to them beyond the hand thing that I can’t describe. It looks okay to some extent, but something is always off-putting about them right at first glance.
I am near certain the kids are unrealistically out of proportion like the ai made one kid larger then the other but did not actually understand 2 people in the same logical universe of which one is in a later growth stage then the other.
Also, what height is the counter supposed to be? It only reaches to the hips / lower stomach of the girl. That would be like… just above the knees for a tall man? How low is the ceiling? The longer you look at it, the less sense it makes.
The skin on them looks a little glossy. There are thousands of little imperfections on the skin that capture light and don’t give people such a glow. Rendering something like that is probably outside the capabilities of AI for the time being and can be a giveaway depending on the kind of picture.
Can’t respect any site that uses AI to generate thumbnail images

It’s odd that the Biden-Harris sign on the fridge (besides being outdated) is so sharply in focus compared to other things at that distance.
I think it’s edited on to the AI image after generation.
Whoever did it is absolutely terrible or simply careless. I’m lousy at Photoshop, but even I know how to blur something so it matches the sharpness of objects around it.
They’re clearly too cheap to pay any sort of artist.
dude i run this website by myself as a side hobby and google adsense doesn’t come close to covering the monthly web hosting so i am definitely too cheap to pay an artist at this point. I’d love to pay an artist someday if it were to make money
Good luck with that. It comes off as a less-funny version of the Babylon Bee; maybe you’d be better off partnering with their tier of advertisers.

thanks, ya I actually set out for this site to be clean, apolitical satire about kids and parenting. a friend suggested this idea for an article and while i’m personally liberal, i can see humor in both sides. I by no means means aspire to be like babylon bee. There is, unfortunately, a ton of negativity in this sub dedicated to humor.

Maybe they manually edited that in. I doubt that image generators would already have those in their training material and also would randomly add those to images.
