Every fucking year. What’s the point?

I wouldn’t have a problem if people like that “obeyed Jesus” given that Jesus was a massive peace loving communist hippie.

I mean, “Obey hell!” and “Live hellfire!” do sound like some rad life mottos.

You are stealing? Right to hell. You are playing music too loud? Right to hell, right away. Driving too fast? Hell. Slow? Hell. You undercook fish? Believe it or not, hell. You overcook chicken? Hell. We have the best citizens because of hell.

Spread our gospel and hand over a percentage of your salary? Heaven.

I’ve never gone to pride (because I’m a straight guy); but ugh, sorry you all have to deal with that. Those folks were also the worst when I was going to UA.

Maybe Tim Walz weirdo approach is worth a shot. Make some big signs:

    I JUST
    LIKE
    BEING
    😡

    I AM
    HERE
    FOR BIG
    SIGNS

    MY SIGN
    IS
    *BIGGER*
    THAN YOURS

(I have no idea if that would actually be a good idea, but the idea amuses me)

Being a straight guy should not dissuade you from going to Pride events. It’s fun!

        I’m straight too! It’s a fun time.

My kids aren’t straight so I’m there to support them (and everyone else)

What’s the point? Attention. These people need attention and this is the only way they can get it. They don’t care if it’s positive or negative. Do not engage or try to reason with them. Simply ignore them and go on about your business.

The ones that like fun are the ones you don’t see because they are just living their own lives instead of messing with everyone else’s

Stupid people get their values from mythological stories written by people who didn’t have science.

If given the choice of following Jesus or hell, remember which has been the cause of more deaths. There were 5 crusades that killed hundreds of thousands and all of them were in the name of that childless carpenter or his dad.

    Choose Peace.

When presented with 2 ideas on what is fun, one requires one seventh of your life to do no work. The other has ways that a person can live to their fullest and have a blast doing it.

    Choose Fun.

The idea that good and bad are objective, immutable points is silly when the people who have all the money and privilege backtrack on their core value of care and understanding for their neighbors. Ethics and love are clearly not values involved in good or bad morality.

    Choose Hell.

You can’t even understand the guy, and he’s not going to change anyone’s mind at pride. So why even bother

We kind need for us to not be riddled with holes
