No it the fuck is not.

The rain won’t guide you though your emotional literacy journey while you unpack trauma, challenge your own insecurities, confront uncomfortable truths, and rebuild your identity.

Though it might help you sleep well, which can also work wonders.

“Why do you drive through big puddles to make a splash all the time? Just go around them?”

“Its called self care, officer, look it up.”

Rain for me is just overstimulating, also have phobia of spots. There is a Nestle nescaffe called cramla that just the texture of it when you pour the water making thousands of tiny bubbles causes me extreme nausea and i feel like i am about to vomit

      also have phobia of spots

What is a phobia of spots? Spots of what? Why are you terrified of them? How is that relevant to rain?

What is a phobia of spots?

like if there are too many spots on thing, it freaks me out. The phobia itself has a name but i never remember it

Why are you terrified of them

idk, just something i had for a while now

How is that relevant to rain?

its not , just want to add it as its also feels overstimulating

wait, aren’t you on Lemmy Autism, shouldn’t you know this staff

There are apps that simulate that pretty good. Have had them for a few years. There was even a “live” recording on soundcloud way back of a storm as heard from someones home. Decent quality, lasts for 15 minutes
