A man in Nashville was in a car accident and had a severe skull and brain trauma… I’m hearing that he checked himself out of the hospital because they wouldn’t let him vape. He has been seen walking around town with his head looking like a bitten cookie with several inches of exposed brain. Acting like nothing’s up.

No blood/gore visible, just pink healed tissue. It is the type of injury that is amazing he can still function with so much missing.
I’d love to know how much of a deficiency he has after the accident. Hopefully he is a decent enough of a person to deserve a long and happy “normal” life.
Well he did walk out of the hospital with his brain hanging out the side of his head so I’d say that the guy sustained a pretty serious deficiency
He may just be worried about insurance.
