Oh, right - those “age bursts” that have already been called into question? Great.

Be careful. Remember what happened the last time the vegetable eaters got riled up.

Ha! True. And the result of helping to counteract aging in general might be true. But the “leaps forward in aging” stuff is pretty much unsupported clinically.

What is an age burst? You go along at a normal pace then all of a sudden you age 5 years in a day?

It’s the phenomenon of feeling significantly older in your 40s than you did in your thirties. There is no definite age for it, just a vague miasma of age where you feel different. Nevermind the fact that in your 40s you are likely leaning into your long term career path and getting into a more managerial role with less physical and mental strain, and even more so in your 60s where you are entering or preparing for retirement. Surely those massive life changes won’t make you feel different in any way. It must be some bullshit we made up to sell people pills.

it has almost nothing to do with feeling, it has everything to do with metabolism and digestion, lol

Sort of. There is some new research which has found that people typically experience more rapid aging at around the mid-40s and 60s.

Exactly! Age is a myth, and burgers are made of cows which are made of plants, so where do these doctors and so-called scientists get off telling us what’s healthy? My grandpa ate nothing but steak and he lived to be 72.
